Key Features of This Version
- Threaded Nut Connectors: The top and bottom barbed/threaded ports allow ink tubing (typically 4\text{ mm} \times 3\text{ mm} or 3\text{ mm} \times 2\text{ mm}) to be locked down tightly with compression nuts, preventing air leaks or disconnections during high-speed carriage movement.
- Inline Pressure Buffer: Mounted directly in the ink delivery lines (often on white ink lines or per-color sub-assemblies) to dampen pressure surges and catch particulates before ink reaches the manifold.
