Key Features of This Specific Damper
Dual Outlet Stems: The two bottom tubes allow a single damper unit to supply two independent ink channels on the printhead manifold without cross-contamination.
Oval Mesh Filter: A 5-micron fine mesh screen (top left) traps pigment particles and debris before ink reaches the head.
Internal Spring Diaphragm: The metal spring and central ring regulate internal vacuum/negative pressure to prevent ink starvation or nozzle dripping during high-speed printing.
